When I got home today after enrolling, the front desk clerk at our Condo called my attention before I entered the lift and handed me an envelope. And when I opened it, I was surprised that I received my ReviewMe Debit Card.

I was surprised because I am not expecting it to arrive this early. Later on, I activated it online through Payoneer.com. After that I tried to link it to my paypal account to remove the limitations however it cant be linked. So I called The Payoneer.com Hotline (1-800-251-2521) and they said I have to have funds on my Card because Paypal charges a small amount before you can link a card (and apparently, I dont have that small amount, hehe). And then I asked If I could deposit some funds for myself through western union. The representative said that I could only after my 1st Reviewme.com payment.

Too bad for me, I still cant get the “unverified” status and limitations off in my paypal account. hehe. Anyway, I’m still happy because I got my card.

If you happen to know a bank that releases credit/debit cards to Starting freelancers and students. Please let me know.

I desperately need one.
