Philippine Social Security System (SSS) , Full Rubbish System.
As we Filipinos know, Social Security System (SSS) have provided excellent service to the Nation for a long period of time. In my own opinion however, SSS has Proved its incompetency and negligence to its contributors. Let me tell you why…
Scene 1
I was asked by my parents to get an official copy of their latest contributions to SSS for our indefinite future plans. I, having no choice but to do it called our friendly “helper” to know how to get hold of it. They told me that it is possible to get that through their website, I would just need some of my parents details and I could get it quickly.
Scene 2
Hearing of that I quickly ran and sat in front of the computer and Visited the SSS Website. But to my surprise the SSS website was not available. SAD. And It says that it would be available within the next couple of hours. That was Yesterday. Heres a Snapshot:

Since I dicovered that the website (SSS) was not available, I tried to call the SSS hotline (And believe me, for chrissakes it took me 55 Minutes to get through the line, which made me believe that It was’nt just me who was having trouble getting what I need). So I talked to a surprisingly very rude lady:
Jp: Hi Ma’am, Magiinquire lang po ako. Paano po ako makakakuha ng listahan ng contributions ng SSS at pwede po ba authorized person ang mag file nito? SSS Lady: Pwede mo kunin sa website namin. Jp: Ah, tinry ko na po I access ito sa inyong website. Kaso hindi po available website ninyo. SSS Lady: GANUN BA? Eh hindi kami nagbibigay ng printed copy ng contributions. Kahit pumunta ka sa SSS offices di ka bibigyan. Antaying mo nalang bumalik ang Site. Jp: Kailan po babalik ang website? SSS Lady: Di ko alam. Indefinite pa. Jp: (-.-) Eh paano po kami makakakuha ng contri~(Binabaan ako ng aking Kausap) English Translation Jp: Hi Ma’am, I just need to inquire. How can I get a copy of a list of contributions to SSS and is it possible that an authorized person can file this? SSS Lady: You can get it from our website. Jp: Ah, I already tried to access that from your website. However, your website is not available at the moment. SSS Lady: REALLY? We do not give out printed copy of contributions. Even if you go to one of our Offices, you wont avail of one. Just wait for the site to come back. Jp: When will the site be available? SSS Lady: I dont know. Its Indefinite. Jp: (-.-) Oh, How can we get a list of our contri~(SSS Lady Hung up)It was really rude of her to hung up on me. But I just thinked that It would be best not to call them back because the 1st call really means that they do not want to talk about it. So just to respect them (Even though they have no respect for us), I did not call back.
Scene 4
Ok, So I waited for 7 hours for the site to come back (I played Warrock while waiting). But unfortunately, It did’nt come back. So I figured, Hey why not check it tomorrow, It should be back by then. Here comes Morning, I checked the SSS website. And I was surprised that It changed. Now it had me wait for “days”. I was like “WTFSHH, WE NEED THOSE F’ing DOCUMENTS AND THEY CANT PROVIDE IT.” . Now I called SSS and they told me the same thing over and over again. Heres a snapshot of the changed webpage:

This just goes to show that even in small aspects. Big Agencies are very incompetent ang very negligent. As for me, It just eats my heart out. Disappointing. Very very disappointing.
waaaaahhhhh……i am not happy to know na marami tayo…waaaahhhh. That’s mainly the reason why i really really want to leave our country, napaka as in sobra ng pagpapahirap sa mga tao, i can’t really help but to compare the services to other countries, napakawalang kwenta ng serbisyo dito sa Pinas, sad to say but it’s all true……
I cannot leave the country because I cant complete my employers requirements abroad due to the incompetence set by SSS. Sad but true.
we’re in the same boat, darling.. I also had a HARD F#* TIME!!! trying to access their site..here in Davao, u can procure a printout of urs,or ur parents sss contributions but that is after doing the following: (process based on actual experience)
Step 1: Go to the SSS Office at an early time ( say leave ur house at 5:00 in the morning to avoid being the last person in the line.)
Step 2:Ask the lady gurad for a number ( that is, if the guard woke up in a good mood..u will get a smile in return.)
Step 3: Fall in line, as in literary falling in line because u may not know it but the number u got is already way far…what happened to the F#*! numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and etc.?
Step 4: Talk/transact with the not so charming and polite “teller”.
Step 5: Pray for LUCK..(either the teller would ask 4 ur employers certification of premiums or ur parent’s authorization with original and photocopied IDs. plus ur own ID, too.
So, I say to myself? What are these bitches doing in the office anyway? And what is their employer doin” about it?
By the way, this may seem too late..but let me say it: GLAD TO KNOW THAT I AM NOT ALONE!

I made an account in their so called “Secured” new website and it wouldn’t authenticate me as the owner of the SSS ID No. The site says I need to call SSS Hotline which I did. They told me to drop by the nearest SSS Office which I’m going to do next week. I hope this would go smoothly. If not, I’ll go eat a knot and a needle. And maybe cry in a corner.
Up until now they have’nt been able to provide a list of contributions.

it was my first time to log in on sss website, in the first place i’d try to log in eventhough almost 1 week when i register and still waiting for my password, so go back on my log in id try to used my password and when i hit the enter keywork the computer says your system has been block contact sss hotline whaaaaattttttt….. the hell is it……………….
SSS poor services,,,, website????? the hell with your website…wlng kwenta … pati tao wlang kwenta… sayang mga sweldo sa inyo… mag si layas n kyo dyn..
